Shipping & Returns




United States

All orders placed for delivery in the contiguous United States qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and US Territories

We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and US territories too. Additional charges apply to these shipments. We don't like to charge for shipping and never seek to profit from it. We promise to charge our net shipping cost and not a penny more. Please contact us for charges specific to your order and destination. We will do our best to get a quote to you in 1 hour or less.

International Shipments

We do offer international shipping at this time and on a limited basis. Charges for international shipments are quoted on a per order basis. Please contact us by telephone if you wish to place an order and have it shipped to countries other than the United States. All international orders must be processed by telephone.

Expedited Shipping

We are most often able to provide expedited shipping options for our customers. Simply contact us by telephone at 1-800-950-6753 or by email at helpdesk@bavarianclockworks.com and let us know what you need. We will get an expedited shipping quote out to you right away, usually within a few minutes. We will always do our best to get your clock delivered to you how and when you want it!


We insure our shipments for your peace of mind and ours and only use reputable carriers.  All shipments are tracked for your convenience. Shipping information will be provided to you via email once your order has been pickup by the carrier.

Under most circumstances you should expect your clock to be delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the time you place your order. We promise to do everything within our control to get it to you sooner if possible. Please note that transit times are subject to the shipping carrier cannot be guaranteed by Bavarian Clockworks.




We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products can be returned within 30 days of the original product purchase date or 14 days from the product delivery date, whichever is longer. Any damaged items are eligible for return or replacement per our damaged Items policy below.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days or it has been less than 14 days since it was delivered
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You contacted us and obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) and return address
  •  Return the product in its original packing with a copy of your receipt and the RMN number to us at the address provided with your RMN number

Products must meet the guidelines above and be shipped to the address we specify email at the time your RMN is issued to be accepted for return.

Once an RMN is provided you may return the product in its original packaging with proof of purchase and the to the address provided at the time your RMA number was issued. 

Return shipping charges

We will cover return shipping costs if a return is deemed a result of our error. In all other cases it is the responsibility of the customer to bear the costs of shipping and the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to Bavarian ClockWorks, its agents, or the manufacturer. Return shipping information and destination will be provided in conjunction with the issuance of a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. 

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify the shipping carrier and Bavarian Clockworks as soon as possible for assistance. Damage claims must be made within 72 hours of the documented product delivery to be considered valid and eligible for exchange. To make a damage claim please notify the shipping carrier of the damage, then contact Bavarian Clockworks at helpdesk@bavarianclockworks.com and provide us with photos of the shipping box, shipping label, and damage so we can process the claim and make arrangements for repair or replacement.


Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment only. Once orders are shipped we are unable to cancel them. If your order has shipped you may arrange for a return and request a refund once you receive the shipment utilizing our return policy.

Refused Deliveries

Orders that are refused at delivery will be refunded only upon the documented return of that merchandise to Bavarian Clockworks. Refused deliveries are not considered cancellations as they have already shipped and remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and delivered to us in good order. Once we receive and inspect the item(s) for damage you may request redelivery subject to an additional shipping fee. Otherwise we will process a refund net of actual shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Orders placed and shipped where documented unsuccessful delivery attempt(s) have been made by the applicable shipping carrier will be returned to sender and are considered refused and treated as a refused delivery.

Lost Shipments

Products lost in shipment are quite rare. If this does happen to occur, please contact us and the shipping carrier within 72 hours from the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier.

At the outside chance a package is lost, we will replace products lost during shipment as follows:

If you do not receive your package when the shipping carrier indicates that your package was delivered, please call the applicable carrier immediately and within 3 business days of when the package was documented as delivered by the carrier. Provide them with any details they may require and request a case number.

After you have notified the carrier email us at helpdesk@bavarianclockworks.com to provide us with the case number.

Once the shipping carrier confirms that your package has been lost, we will ship a duplicate order to you at no additional cost. The investigation process conducted by the shipping carrier can take 8 to 10 business days and sometimes longer. We must receive written confirmation from the shipping carrier to confirm that your package cannot be located or recovered before a new replacement product can be shipped or a refund considered.

If you would like for us to ship a replacement before the shipping carrier completes their investigation we will do so by charging for the replacement and will refund that replacement charge when we receive a loss confirmation from the carrier. Replacement orders will be shipped using the original carrier unless otherwise specified.

Sale items

Regular priced items qualify for refunds under our return and cancellation policies. All discounted and promotional sales are final. 

Processing Time

All refunds and credits are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being due.
